Atlantic Trust's Accomplishments Grow with 22 Consecutive Quarters of Positive Flows

ATLANTA, Nov. 5, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Atlantic Trust, the private wealth management division of Invesco Ltd. (NYSE: IVZ), announced today that the firm achieved 22 consecutive quarters of positive net flows and  record assets under management of $19.9 billion as of September 30, 2012.

Strong client retention and a steady inflow of assets from existing and new client relationships add to Atlantic Trust's continued success. Year to date through September 30, the firm has posted a 99.5% retention rate among clients with more than $5 million in assets under management, with more than half of the firm's 11 offices achieving 100% client retention. Of the net flows, 63% have come from new business and 37% from client additions. These flows represent a healthy blend of new relationships, which typically are referred to us from clients and other industry professionals, and current clients showing their confidence in the firm by continuing to grow their relationship with Atlantic Trust.
