Atlantic Street Capital Announces Promotion of Brian Cooper as Partner

STAMFORD, Conn., Jan. 20, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Atlantic Street Capital, a private equity firm targeting entrepreneurial businesses poised for the next level of growth, announced today the promotion of Brian Cooper as Partner.

Mr. Cooper joined Atlantic Street in 2013 with a background in private equity and investment banking. He serves on the Boards of Uniguest and Z Wireless. Prior to joining Atlantic Street, he worked at GB Merchant Partners, Gordon Brother's private equity affiliate, where he invested equity in leveraged buyouts. Prior to Gordon Brothers, Mr. Cooper worked at Financo, a boutique investment bank focused on serving the consumer sector. He received a Bachelor of Science in Economics in 2003 from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
