ATL Technology Names David Gens CFO

SPRINGVILLE, Utah, Aug. 27, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- ATL Technology, a vertically integrated electromechanical contract manufacturer with specialties in single use solutions and turnkey OEM products, has named David Gens CFO of the company. ATL Technology is headquartered In Springville, UT, and owns factories in the U.S., China, and Costa Rica. The company focuses in four main vertical markets: Medical, Automotive, Industrial, and Consumer Electronics.

Gens brings 25 years of experience with high-growth companies to this position. Prior to joining ATL Technology, he served as senior financial officer in three of Seattle's fastest growing companies, including RPI, Zango (now Blinkx), and Global Seafoods.  As an M&A veteran, he has led more than 20 transactions throughout his career.

Gens received his bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Delaware and a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Washington.
