Atkore International Inc. Acquires FlexHead Industries

HARVEY, Ill., Feb. 15, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Atkore International Inc. ("Atkore"), today announced that it has acquired FlexHead Industries, Inc., the leading U.S. designer, manufacturer and provider of flexible fire sprinkler connections.  The acquisition will strengthen Atkore's existing fire sprinkler product portfolio and market presence.

The FlexHead facility will continue operating at its current Holliston, MA location. Terms of the sale are undisclosed.
