Paul Bergantino, President and CEO of ATG, will continue in that role for the combined company. Bob Gouy, President and CEO of USM, will assume the role of Executive Chairman. ATG and USM will continue to operate under their own names for the time being, but a new name for the combined entity will be announced over the next couple of months.
This merger of equals creates a company with the resources to innovate and adapt in a challenging healthcare environment.
