WASHINGTON, Sept. 3, 2014 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- ATFA member NML Capital has served four Nevada-based companies with subpoenas to expose the funds embezzled through shell companies controlled by Kirchner conspirator Cristobal Lopez . These subpoenas, which were authorized by the August 11 ruling in U.S. District Court in Nevada, follow two others served last week to the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China and the Bank of China.

On June 16, the U.S. Supreme Court affirmed the previous ruling in NML Capital Ltd. v. Republic of Argentina that Argentina is not protected from the discovery process by the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act.
