ATERAS successfully completes the Re-Hosting of the California Public Employees Retirement System (CalPERS) Software AG Adabas/Natural Applications using ATP® on Microsoft Windows

CalPERS needed a cost effective solution to replace their mainframe Software AG Adabas/Natural legacy environment without changing the look, feel or functionality of the applications used by their pension members. The ATERAS ATP solution was a perfect fit for CalPERS. The mainframe Natural syntax was Re-Hosted to Windows and the Adabas files were converted to Oracle on Linux. The project was completed in 5 months, including planning, assessment, Re-Hosting and all levels of testing. Performance is excellent and production costs have been dramatically reduced. The Re-Hosting initiative is considered a total success by everyone involved in the project.
