ATC Group Services LLC Announces Acquisition of ECS

LAFAYETTE, La., Oct. 3, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- ATC Group Services LLC ("ATC"), a leading full-service environmental consulting and industrial hygiene firm, today announced that it has agreed to acquire Environmental Compliance Services ("ECS"), a leading multi-regional provider of environmental consulting, site remediation and regulatory compliance services. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 1982 with headquarters in Agawam, Mass., ECS has more than 250 employees operating out of 27 offices in 15 states and provides a range of environmental services, with a particular focus on the retail petroleum market and associated underground storage tank inspection, remediation and regulatory compliance.
