Atalasoft Bolsters Management Team With Appointment of Paul Yantus as President

EAST HAMPTON, Mass., May 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Atalasoft, Inc., the developer of popular document-imaging solutions for SharePoint, today announced that Paul Yantus, a veteran in the document-imaging industry, will be joining the company as President of Atalasoft. Yantus, most recently the Executive Vice President of Marketing, Product Development and Product Management at Captaris, will be working with Bill Bither, Atalasoft's CEO and founder; Rutherford Wilson, VP of Applications; and other key Atalasoft executives to further expand Atalasoft's growth and product marketing.

Prior to Captaris, Yantus was the CEO of Scan-Optics where he led the company going private and reorganized the company's products and marketing. A veteran in the document imaging industry, Yantus' executive experience also includes positions with MSX International and Eastman Kodak.

With his extensive background and expertise in document management and document-imaging technologies, Yantus will help drive Atalasoft's continued high-powered growth as the leading document viewing and management software for use with SharePoint.
