ARLINGTON, Va., May 24, 2017 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Today, American Trucking Associations announced registration is open for the 2017 ATA Management Conference & Exhibition – MCE 2017 – to be held this October 21-24 in Orlando, Florida.
"Each year, MCE gives ATA the chance to gather together, celebrate our industry, focus on the future and set a path forward for trucking, and this year will be no exception," said ATA President and CEO Chris Spear. "MCE has been, and will remain, the premier gathering for trucking industry leaders and executives and I invite you to join me in Orlando this October."
This year's conference theme is Building Trucking's Future. Topics for educational sessions will address infrastructure, technology innovations, law enforcement and job recruitment and retention. The conference features four days of educational sessions, policy committee meetings, general sessions as well as industry exhibits, extensive networking opportunities and a golf outing.
"With a program that will feature updates on the economy, the political picture in Washington, regulations affecting the industry and the opportunity to see some of the technology changing trucking, MCE remains a singularly important event on the calendar for trucking," said ATA Chairman Kevin Burch, president of Jet Express Inc., Dayton, Ohio. "Every time I've attended MCE, I have been able to take something back to improve my business, so I encourage anyone concerned about the future of trucking to attend."
MCE 2017 will take place October 21-24 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando. To register, or for more information, please visit mce.trucking.org.
