As part of its "Value Revolution," Mimi's My Way 1-2-3 was created to appeal to guests who would like to dine out more frequently, but given the uncertain economic times, may be less inclined to do so. Guests can choose any 1 Entree and make it a 2-Course Meal, featuring its famous Soups or a crisp Garden or Caesar Salad for an additional $2, or a 3-Course Meal, featuring the above plus a decedent Petite Treat Dessert for an additional $3.

To create a 2-Course Meal, guests can add a Cup of Soup or a Garden or Caesar Salad to a dinner of their choice for only $2. For $3, guests can create a complete 3-Course Meal that includes a Cup of Soup or a Caesar or Garden Salad and a Petite Treat Dessert.
