Kearney announced today the expansion of its Private Equity Practice with the hiring of three new partners, Mark Anglin, Michael Dart, and Todd Hooper, who specialize in consumer goods and retail investments. These experienced consulting leaders join A.T. Kearney from Kurt Salmon andcollectively bring a full breadth of strategy and transformation capabilities to serve private equity investors and consumer-retail industry clients. This injection of skills and expertise will support A.T. Kearney's accelerating growth in the private equity sector.

Mark Anglin: Anglin is a due diligence and growth strategy expert with more than 20 years of management consulting experience. He has served many of the leading and mid-size private equity firms investing in the retail and consumer sectors in both the U.S. and Asia. At Kurt Salmon, Anglin was a partner in its' Private Equity and Strategy Practice. He will be based in A.T. Kearney's San Francisco office.

Michael Dart: Dart is an accomplished private equity consultant and advisor, with more than 20 years of experience leading major strategic transformations and conducting due diligence for many of the largest private equity funds and global retailers. He specializes in due diligence and growth strategy, across all consumer and retail sectors. Dart was recognized by Consulting magazine in 2010 as one of its Top 25 Consultants. He also co-authored The New Rules of Retail, which was featured on three Amazon bestseller lists. The second edition will be released this summer. Dart is a frequent speaker at major conferences and he delivered keynote speeches at the Women's Wear Daily CEO Summit NYC and the Global Department Store Summits in Paris and Beijing. He is a frequent contributor in the press and was recently profiled in the Personal Journal section of The Wall Street Journal. At Kurt Salmon he was a senior partner and led the firm's Private Equity and Strategy Practice. Previously, he was a partner with Bain & Company. Dart will be based in A.T. Kearney's San Francisco office.

Todd Hooper: Hooper is a seasoned private equity consultant with more than 25 years of experience working alongside private equity investors and consumer industry leaders on growth strategy development, portfolio company performance improvements, and due diligence efforts. At Kurt Salmon he was a partner in its Private Equity and Strategy Practice and he also served as vice chairman of the firm's global partner board. Previously, Hooper was managing director and chief financial officer of Swander Pace & Company before it merged with Kurt Salmon Associates in 2000.
