ASU Center for Law, Science & Innovation Presents 2015 ASU-Arkfeld eDiscovery and Digital Evidence Conference

TEMPE, Ariz., Feb. 17, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The Fourth Annual ASU-Arkfeld eDiscovery and Digital Evidence Conference is being presented by the Center for Law, Science & Innovation at the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University's Tempe campus on March 11-13, 2015.
"This year's eDiscovery conference will be very engaging with an emphasis on legal analytics, as well as the thorny issues of eDiscovery," said Michael Arkfeld, Founding Director of the ASU-Arkfeld eDiscovery and Digital Evidence Program. "The list of top jurists, speakers and influencers will make this unique law school event one to remember."
Featured conference speakers include the Honorable Shira Scheindlin, U.S. District Judge, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York; the Honorable John Facciola, U.S. Magistrate Judge, U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia; and Tony Salvador of the Intel Corporation. There will also be representatives from Banner Health, DISH Network, Law Technology News, and Lockheed Martin.
The theme of this year's conference is "Know the Law, Know the Technology." Topics to be discussed will address both sides of the coin, and include data analytics, the evolution and future of eDiscovery technologies, the "Internet of Things," the attorney's role in protecting client data, criminal and international perspectives, and more.
