With over 25 years of Information Technology experience in the fields of Enrollment Management Systems with Predictive Data Modeling, Field Service Management, and Healthcare Systems, Norm brings a wealth of leadership, strategic direction, and management across all aspects of IT, product development, infrastructure, security, operations, and service delivery.

His leadership includes Global CIO/CTO & COO for Hobsons (a division of the multi-billion dollar UK Daily Mail & General Trust PLC), CIO/CTO & COO for VCS Consulting and CIO & COO for Vertical Solutions.
