Associated Pennsylvania Constructors Commends Special Session Address

HARRISBURG, Pa., May 4 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Robert Latham, executive vice president of Associated Pennsylvania Constructors, issued the following statement in response to Governor Rendell's address to a joint session of the General Assembly outlining his request for a special legislative session on transportation funding:
