Associated PA Constructors welcomes nomination of Leslie Richards as PennDOT secretary
HARRISBURG, Pa., Jan. 14, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Robert Latham, executive vice president of Associated Pennsylvania Constructors, issued the following statement in reaction to the nomination of Leslie Richards as PennDOT secretary:
