Associated Announces Increase in Common Stock Dividend
GREEN BAY, Wis., Oct. 22, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Associated Banc-Corp (NASDAQ:ASBC) today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.09 per common share, payable on December 16, 2013, to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 2, 2013. This is an increase of $0.01 from the previous quarterly cash dividend of $0.08 per common share.

The Board of Directors also declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.50 per depositary share on Associated Banc-Corp's 8.00% Series B Perpetual Preferred Stock to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 2, 2013, with the dividend payable date of December 15, 2013, and an actual payment date of December 16, 2013.
