Ashworth College Expands Board of Directors; Appoints Charles R. Whitchurch to Board

NORCROSS, Ga., Aug. 6 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Ashworth College, a leader in online education, today announced that it has appointed Charles R. Whitchurch to its Board of Directors.

Mr. Whitchurch brings to Ashworth (http://www.ashworthcollege.edu) expertise as a senior financial executive with extensive directorship capabilities in both public and private companies. He also brings deep operating experience in high growth, technology-based companies with a global footprint.

The former Chief Financial Officer for Zebra Technologies Corporation, Whitchurch currently serves as Board Director and Audit Committee Chairman for Scansource, Inc., a distributor of technology products; and Landmark Aviation, a private equity backed operator of general aviation fixed base operations.

Whitchurch holds a bachelor's degree in economics (Phi Beta Kappa) from Beloit College and an M.B.A. from Stanford University.
