Ashworth College Appoints New Director of Education Services

NORCROSS, Ga., June 21, 2011 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Ashworth College, a leading provider of accredited, online education programs, announced today that Victor L. Thomas has been appointed Director of Education Services. Thomas brings more than 14 years of customer service and call center experience to his new role at Ashworth (http://www.ashworthcollege.edu).

Before coming to Ashworth, Thomas was a director with Direct Marketing Solutions, an outsource call center. During his time at DMS he was instrumental in numerous growth ventures, as he helped grow the center from 20 seats to almost 200. Prior to DMS, he worked as a bilingual trainer for TSYS.

"Today's for-profit education industry is more competitive than ever, so it is essential that we have people who can help take our school to the next level. Thomas earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from the University of Connecticut. In his spare time, he enjoys watching comedies, sports and "anything outdoors."
