Ascent Aerospace Appoints Mark Davis as Head of UK Programs and Operations
SANTA ANA, Calif., May 19, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Ascent Aerospace announced today the appointment of Mark Davis as Head of UK Programs and Operations. In this new function, Mark will oversee the operations and customer service functions, including aftermarket sales, in the recently established Ascent Aerospace UK office, located in Broughton, England. In this role, Mark will report to Herve Grosdemange, Branch Manager of Ascent Integration SAS, which is headquartered in Toulouse, France. One of Mark's first assignments will be to serve as Site Manager for the Airbus A330NEO assembly line project.
Mark has 20 years experience in aerospace component manufacturing, machinery and tooling. He spent 5 years with the Bunzel Group where he served as a Project Engineer, Operations Supervisor, and Contracts Project Manager. He also spent 7 years working for BHW Hampson where he was the General Manager of the Eclipse Empennage program and later the Technical Manager of the Hondajet Empennage program. More recently Mark has been the Group Project Manager for the Manufax and Nelson Tool companies.
