WASHINGTON, Dec. 12, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- ASAE Foundation, with major support from SunTrust Foundation, has chosen four winning projects for its Innovation Grants Program (IGP), which received close to 40 applications this year. Each winner will receive up to $10,000, and they will be recognized during ASAE's 2014 Great Ideas Conference, March 9-11, 2014, at the Hyatt Regency Orlando.

The four winners are:
- Illinois Homecare & Hospice Council, Springfield, IL—Exploration Grant
- Marble Institute of America, Cleveland, OH—Exploration Grant
- Soroptimist International of the Americas, Philadelphia, PA—Exploration Grant
- Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity, Indianapolis, IN—Hybrid Grant
"We were impressed with the quality and diversity of the submissions this year, and the committee had a tough choice in narrowing down the winners," said Michelle Mason CQIA, FASAE, CAE, chair of the IGP steering committee and managing director at the American Society for Quality. "The projects range from developing innovative processes and capacity to developing free education courses and an increased awareness about an organization. These projects will help associations enhance member value as well as impact their communities."
ASAE Foundation received a broad range of applications from organizations of varied types, sizes, locations, and industries. Executive summaries of the winning proposals are online.
