He has served in a variety of leadership roles for the firm, including Group CIO and Americas Region COO. Leo Argiris, Chief Operating Officer
Leo Argiris has over three decades of experience as a structural engineer and business leader. He has served as the managing principal of the New York office, led the social infrastructure and education business for Arup, and designed world-class institutional and commercial projects across the globe. As COO, Leo continues to focus on the progression of Arup and Arup's staff.
Susan Baer
Susan Baer is Arup's Global Aviation Business Leader, involved in some of the largest aviation projects in the world. Baer joined Arup in 2013 following 37 years with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, during which time she held various positions, most recently Director of Aviation.
Ignacio Barandiaran
Ignacio directs Arup's team of technical and financial transaction advisors delivering deal advice, due diligence, and project structuring/feasibility assessments for transportation, energy and utilities, and social infrastructure projects across the Americas. Since 2008, Arup has helped its clients successfully finance infrastructure projects worth over $190 billion, winning global accolades along the way.
Peter Chamley
Peter Chamley leads Arup's infrastructure work globally and is a recognized leader in tunnelling and underground metro design. He has engineered some of the most ambitious tunnelling projects worldwide, including the Second Avenue Subway in New York City and Crossrail in London.
Fiona Cousins
Fiona Cousins is an Arup Fellow and a recognized authority in sustainability and design.
