Art Van Furniture to Unveil Stylish 2012 Spring Furniture Catalog

WARREN, Mich., April 12, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Art Van Furniture announced the release of its Spring 2012 catalog today, to appear in stores on April 19.  The book with this year's theme, "Your Life, Your Style", will feature the hottest spring looks for 2012 that are specifically designed to appeal to every taste.

Supermodel, Cindy Crawford, the new spokesperson for Art Van PureSleep, graces the cover of the new catalog that highlights four style categories – casual, rustic, traditional and contemporary.  What's even more, forty per cent of "Your Life, Your Style," is brand new, never seen before product that is exclusive to Art Van Furniture.

"There's absolutely something for everyone in this new spring catalog," says Kim Yost, Art Van CEO.  "There are pieces to complement your existing decor as well as major signature pieces and collections for those who want to create a fresh, new look."

For example, Sutton's Bay is the new Michigan H.O.M.E.S. collection, which embodies the casual living lifestyle.  It is a collection for the entire home, encompassing the bedroom, dining room, living room, entertainment and home office.

Evidence of the diverse styles available is two Sutton's Bay dining tables – a leg table and a pedestal table.  Each of the tables can be converted from dining height to gathering height.  Chair choices include a wooden chair with cutout back or a fully upholstered side chair with a ribbon and nail head accent.  It's all about style choices.

The Art Van Furniture 2012 Spring Catalog, "Your Life, Your Style," will officially launch at the Spring Trends Showcase Party with Styleline Magazine at the Art Van Lakeside store on Thursday, April 19.  The event will benefit HAVEN, and guests must register in advance to attend.  The party will include free food, beverages and entertainment as well as fashion presentations from eight local designers.  In addition, the furniture retailer is conducting a contest during its Spring Home Sale from April 19-30.  Guests can enter to win a trip for two to the London 2012 Olympics, including airfare, hotel and tickets to the Olympic events.
