Art Van Furniture Celebrates "All New Kalamazoo" With a Grand Re-opening Celebration!

WARREN, Mich., Jan. 10, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Art Van Furniture is celebrating an "All New Kalamazoo!"  The Kalamazoo furniture store is ringing in the New Year with a brand new look and feel.  The two-level store (located at 550 King Road, Portage, MI) features a major redesign and renovation that begins at the store's front entrance and extends to both floors, with all-new updates throughout all of its major departments, including Paul's TV and PureSleep departments.

The facelift starts with the view from the entrance, which now features an open showroom with a higher ceiling greeting guests and introducing the Art Van Furniture brand. The redesign also includes updated finishes and new graphics throughout the store, in addition to a new PureSleep Aisle, a new Clearance Center and a new core (offices, restrooms, ready room, and lunch room for its employees).

The main level's renovations also feature updates in Upholstery, Leather, Master Bedroom, Paul's TV, Dining, Recliners, Motion, Entertainments, and H.O.M.E.S. collections. In addition, new signage has been added to centrally located elevator and staircase leading guests to the lower level. The bottom level features the redesigned Clearance Center, plus a newly renovated Showroom Youth department.
