BINGHAM FARMS, Mich., April 3, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Arrow Strategies announces the launch of 'Operation Restore Valor' which is their newest Veteran Hiring Initiative.

Arrow Strategies, which is the fifth fastest growing staffing firm in the U.S., will be further assisting their clients who have engaged in formal veteran hiring initiatives. Arrow Strategies offers high-end contract staffing services with four different divisions including Information Technology, Engineering, Healthcare, and Professional with offices across the country.

Founder, President and CEO, Jeff Styers is a former United States Marine and Arrow Strategies is a certified veteran-owned company. "Operation Restore Valor will assist both highly skilled veterans who fall within one of our four divisions as well as client companies looking to leverage the many benefits there are to hiring a professional who has spent time in the military," according to Styers.

The 'Operation Restore Valor' program will follow the same Talent Acquisition strategy that Arrow Strategies already provides in the private-sector by sourcing passive talent, vetting them through a stringent 10-step recruiting process, and employing the Agents For Life program once that talent is on-boarded.
