Arrow Financial Corporation Declares Cash Dividend
GLENS FALLS, N.Y., Oct. 31, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Arrow Financial Corporation (NasdaqGS® – AROW) on October 31, 2012, declared a quarterly cash dividend of $.25 per share payable December 14, 2012, to shareholders of record December 3, 2012. This represents an increase of 2% over the cash dividend paid in the fourth quarter of 2011, as a result of the September 27, 2012, 2% stock dividend.
