Arnold Worldwide Strengthens Boston Operations
Paul Nelson and Elliott Seaborn Elevated to Managing Directors
BOSTON, Sept. 19, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Arnold Worldwide announced today the appointment of Paul Nelson and Elliott Seaborn, to managing directors of Arnold Worldwide in Boston. In the expanded remit, Nelson and Seaborn are responsible for client business operations and growth, and driving greater cross channel marketing collaboration. The pair will continue to lead the marketing function, with Nelson adding leadership of the Brand Experience capability and Seaborn adding CRM. Both report to Pam Hamlin, President, Arnold Worldwide in Boston.

Nelson and Seaborn bring strength and expertise in marketing innovation, client service operations, and integrated strategy. They most recently partnered to lead the newly formed Marketing Group at Arnold Worldwide in Boston. Formerly known as Account Service and Project Management, the Marketing Group is focused on constantly defining, creating and producing the right marketing solutions for Arnold's clients across the broad spectrum of traditional and non-traditional marketing space.

Paul Nelson
Nelson joined Arnold in 1995 and has worked on some of Arnold's most award-winning accounts. Currently, he leads The American Legacy Foundation (truth) account, which has won creative and marketing awards in all major shows, including the Grand Effie as the top marketer in the country and two Emmys for its work in public service. In addition, Paul leads the Jack Daniel's family of Brands as well as the Center for Disease Control's "Tips From Former Smokers" campaign that is responsible for driving 1.6 million quit attempts among American smokers in just two years. In his 18 years at Arnold, Nelson has gained deep experience in strategic marketing programs that drive results for clients. He has led iconic campaigns, created and launched new product ideas, created successful acquisition and retention programs.
Elliott Seaborn
Seaborn joined Arnold Worldwide in 2011 and leads the Progressive account. Previously, Seaborn held a senior vice president role at Digitas, where he worked for nearly 10 years leading some of the largest clients on the agency's roster. Throughout Seaborn's nearly two decade long career, his experience has spanned brand and channel strategy in both the online and offline marketing worlds. He uniquely blends real-time, dynamic digital delivery with CRM rigor and is a specialist at building brands that deliver value for customers and ROI for clients.
This announcement continues the management realignment at Arnold Worldwide. The moves are designed to better deliver Brand Velocity operationally, and come on the heels of other appointments including the naming of Wade Devers and Pete Johnson as lead creative partners for the Boston office. Corey Mitchell, a former TBWA and MRM executive, was recently named President of Arnold's New York operation. In a statement, LePlae cited Mitchell's digital and CRM expertise and creative brand building as key to his vision for the New York office.
