Arnold Worldwide Names Nisha Dass EVP, Global Director, Business Strategy & Analytics, Corporate Strategy
Global President Pam Hamlin Makes Hire to Strengthen Agency's Strategy & Analytics Offering
BOSTON, Nov. 9, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Global creative agency Arnold Worldwide announced today that it has appointed a former McKinsey Associate Principal, Nisha Dass, as EVP, Global Director, Business Strategy & Analytics, Corporate Strategy. In this role, Nisha will be charged with overseeing the agency's Business Strategy & Analytics team, growing what has become a best-in-class capability for Arnold.
Nisha brings nearly two decades of experience in business consulting across a wide range of industries, including automotive, retail, financial services, energy, insurance, telecommunications, and technology. She will be based in Arnold's Boston headquarters and report to Global President Pam Hamlin.

Most recently, Nisha served as SVP, Group Chief Strategy and Business Development Officer at the Massy Group, a diversified conglomerate with five business units operating in ten countries in the Caribbean and Latin America. While there, Nisha led the highly collaborative effort of shaping the Corporate and Business Unit Strategy, and played a significant role in new business development activities and joint ventures. She also led cross-functional teams to expand the Group's footprint into Latin America with several M&A opportunities in Columbia and Costa Rica. Nisha served a member of the Massy Group's Investment and Executive Committees.
Previously, Nisha was an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company, including positions in the Boston, Brussels and Bogota offices. While at McKinsey, her focus was mainly in strategy, organization and transformational change, working with clients in countries including the US, UK, Qatar, South Africa, Nigeria, India, The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Colombia, Jamaica and T&T. Nisha was known at the Firm for her strong problem-solving and her initiative in client and thought leadership.

Nisha holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management (majors in Strategy, Operations, Finance) and a Masters of Science in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the University of the West Indies.
