HOUSTON, Dec. 18, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Arnold & Itkin LLP recently donated $100,000 to The Monarch School and Institute, a Texas educational facility that caters entirely to the innovative, therapeutic education of individuals with neurological differences. In recognition of that donation, The Monarch School named the Living Building Classroom in the firm's honor.
The Living Building Classroom is a laboratory where students are encouraged to achieve net zero energy and water performance. This lab teaches students that ecological conservation is a necessity for the growth and strength of the planet. Its teachings focus on wind energy, water harvesting, conservation, and more.
On December 14, the firm's founders, Attorneys Kurt Arnold and Jason Itkin, along with their wives, were invited to the school to attend a naming ceremony, during which time a plaque honoring the firm was unveiled.
