Armored AutoGroup Sets Date for Bondholder Conference Call

DANBURY, Conn., May 15, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Armored AutoGroup today announced that it has scheduled a conference call for its current bondholders to be held on Tuesday, May 22, 2012, at 4:00 p.m. EDT to discuss its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2012.  Current bondholders are requested to email [email protected] on or before May 18, 2012 in order to obtain a dial-in number for the call and access to a website where the company's financial reports will be available.
