Arizona's Governor Abandons Federal Lawsuit Blocking the Implementation of Medical Marijuana Dispensaries
Governor Orders Dispensary Process to Proceed

The Arizona Health Department had previously announced plans and guidelines to license 125 medical marijuana dispensaries throughout the State of Arizona. Those plans can now be implemented.
