Aris Radiology Acquires US Teleradiology

HUDSON, Ohio and ATLANTA, Oct. 10, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Aris Radiology, a leading provider of professional radiology services, today announced it has acquired Atlanta-based US Teleradiology ("UST"). With more than 250 radiologists who interpret an estimated 2.5 million studies annually across 400 client sites, the combined group will continue to provide a full range of staffing and radiology services to hospitals, health systems and other medical facilities.

Operating under the Aris name, the combined group will continue to provide a full complement of radiology services including on-site physician coverage, management and business development support, as well as 24/7 access to one of the nation's largest network of subspecialized radiologists.
