Aria International Holdings, Inc. Voluntarily Files Form 15

ARLINGTON, Va, April 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Aria International Holdings, Inc. (Pink Sheets: ARAH) "Aria," a company focused on providing specialized surveillance and communications solutions to a global customer base announced that the Company filed a Form 15 with the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") on March 29, 2010, thereby, voluntarily suspending its reporting obligations under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.

As a result of filing the Form 15, the Company will no longer be required to file annual and quarterly reports with the SEC. The Company took this action in order to focus its resources on further developing and marketing its unique services. The Company's common stock will continue to be eligible for public trading only now it will occur through the Pink Sheets (www.pinksheets.com) quotations system instead of the OTC Bulletin Board.

"Because we have less than 300 shareholders of record we are not obligated to continue filing periodic reports with the SEC," stated Mike Crosby, President of Aria. "The discovery of several issues, unknown to Aria's current management at the time of last year's 'reverse merger,' has resulted in a significant drain on our resources during the past year, as a result of substantial expenditures for auditing, filing and legal expenses required to address these unforeseen issues and to maintain an OTC Bulletin Board listing. By reducing the costs associated with being a reporting company, we will now be able to focus all of our energies and resources on the promotion of our state-of-the-art surveillance and communications solutions.
