NORFOLK, Va., March 7, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- ARDX, a healthcare management and IT consulting firm, was awarded a prime contract on the Strategic Partners Acquisition Readiness Contract (SPARC) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quality (IDIQ), with a 10-year phase and $25 billion ceiling. ARDX is the only woman-owned small business in Hampton Roads to procure the competitive project.
The purpose of this contract is to establish a multiple award IDIQ contract for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) SPARC program. ARDX will provide strategic, technical, and program management advice, guidance, and support services to CMS to facilitate the modernization of business processes and supporting systems and their operations. Other Department of Health and Human Services Operating Divisions (HHS OPDIVs) have the ability place orders under this contract as well.
