Large static and digital screens gave the property the opportunity to increase revenue while allowing the customer to view current happenings in the mall as well as the region.

Westroads Mall in Omaha, NE converted tenant square footage into a lounge providing an urban and playful environment with food kiosks, games and pop up exhibits. Creating intriguing spaces with photographable backdrops is also something ADC keeps in mind to provide forward thinking design solutions to experiential spaces. The outdoors is another area where ADC sees potential to replace outdated elements to rejuvenate the space. Baybrook Mall in Friendswood, TX just received a 285,000 square-foot lifestyle expansion. A brand-new play area featuring a Luckey Climber, musical instruments and soft seating create a welcoming gathering spot for the community. ADC is also currently in construction administration for a lawn activation project nearby in Sugar Land, TX where they removed an old run-down fountain to implement artificial turf with lawn games, furniture and a digital screen for movie nights, advertisements and community events.
