Arches Health Plan and Village Capital Fighting Back Against Health-Wealth Gap
SALT LAKE CITY, Feb. 27, 2015 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Join Village Capital and the Texas Medical Center on March 4, 2015, for our Health IT Venture Forum showcasing 8 enterprises bridging the "health-wealth" gap.
The Venture Forum will feature pitches from the 8 early-stage ventures in the Village Capital-TMCx Health IT 2014/15, in partnership with the SGII Center, program and will include an audience of investors, mentors, potential customers, and members of the greater Salt Lake City community. The Venture Forum will be followed by a reception for all attendees.
The Venture Forum is the capstone event of the Village Capital-TMCx Health IT 2014/15, in partnership with the SGII Center, program, which features 8 early-stage businesses increasing healthcare accessibility to low-income and underserved populations. At the end of the program, the top two program participants will be selected by the other entrepreneurs in the group to each receive a $50,000 USD investment.
