"By bringing these three companies under the ARCA name, we are creating a single global brand that resonates with our customers," Mort O'Sullivan, ARCA's founder and CEO said. "Our investment in these companies underscores our faith in their value. It's an example of ARCA's commitment to our customers and our drive to deliver new technology automating their daily processes."
The combined organization presents a strong portfolio of customer-oriented, highly scalable and resourceful products that efficiently automate cash and cheque transactions for the retail and financial industries. As a result of the acquisition, a wide variety of new products and solutions are now available to ARCA's customers, reinforcing its presence and growth globally.
The integration of CTSNA, CTS Cashpro Ltd., and Finsolint with ARCA has several immediate impacts:
- ARCA's existing bank and credit union customers will now be able to further optimize branch operations through new technologies. CTSNA has over 100,000 cheque scanners installed at retail and financial institutions across North America. They have a diverse product portfolio featuring a variety of cash deposit devices and instant issuance hardware technologies.
- Thanks to foundations built by CTS Cashpro Ltd., ARCA's retail customers in the United Kingdom will now have access to new products and more flexible service offerings. Both CTS Cashpro Ltd. and ARCA have strong histories of deploying cash technology to banks and retailers of all sizes in the UK.
- ARCA's software team, which has launched products across multiple market segments in the United States, will add to its expertise and global market perspective through the integration of Finsolint's experienced developers. Finsolint has developed a suite of field-tested software solutions allowing financial institutions the ability to easily automate cash processes at the branch.
"This is a significant step forward for ARCA and our customers," O'Sullivan said. "This integration expands our portfolio of products, our global presence, and our software development capabilities. I'm excited about ARCA's additional ability to deliver superior value to our customers by creating new efficiencies in everyday transactions."
The integration of the remaining CTS companies (CTS Electronics, CTS Cashpro and CTS Solutions) is ongoing. Once completed, the companies will be united under the ARCA brand offering automation products and solutions to customers around the world.
