As a member of the ARC executive team, Hadley will spearhead the company's strategy for cultural change and help advance its employee talent through training and professional development. Hadley comes to ARC from Rolls-Royce and begins her tenure at ARC on May 20.

A 25-year human resources professional, Hadley began her career at Marriott International as director of training and development, eventually rising to vice president of staffing and development. She then moved to Invensys, PLC, a global technology company headquartered in London as its vice president of global learning and development. Hadley has also led employee development efforts at Constellation Energy, Honeywell, and FINRA, where she held the post of vice president of Organization and Talent Management and interim head of human resources. At Rolls-Royce, Hadley lead the Talent Management and Organizational Development Practice for the company's Global Defense Sector and North American Region.
Hadley holds a bachelor's degree in speech communication from The Catholic University of America and a master's degree in communication arts from the University of Maryland.
