Arborwell's Bill Owen Promoted to New 'Safety Director' Position

HAYWARD, Calif., June 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Arborwell, a Hayward, CA - based tree care company, has announced that Bill Owen will become the company's first Safety Director. This position has been created in an effort to expand and strengthen the company's safety program with enhanced safety through professional development.

The Safety Director will be responsible for developing, maintaining, coordinating, and monitoring Arborwell's safety, emergency preparedness, and hazard communication programs.  He will be responsible for coordinating and implementing safety and emergency preparedness policies and procedures, including: conducting and coordinating investigations; advising and training on safety; disseminating safety information; analyzing information; and preparing reports.
