Aquent IT Solutions Recognized by John Deere With Highest Supplier Rating

EAST MOLINE, Ill., May 30, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- For the 17th consecutive year, Aquent IT Solutions, a division of Aquent, has been recognized by John Deere as a "Partner-Level Supplier" in their Achieving Excellence Program. Aquent IT Solutions was selected from John Deere's highest supplier rating for its consistent dedication in delivering outstanding quality, and its commitment to continuous improvement.

The technical support and services Aquent IT Solutions provides for John Deere is focused on the mission critical areas of supply management, marketing, order fulfillment, dealer support, and customer services. Aquent IT Solutions employees accepted this recognition in formal ceremonies earlier in 2017.

The Achieving Excellence process rates suppliers in the areas of quality, delivery, technical support, wavelength, and cost management. A multidisciplinary evaluation team reviews supplier performance in these areas. To be rated at the partner level, a supplier must score very well on all five areas.
