Bostrom, the former EVP and CMO at Cisco Systems, and Cabral, CFO at Veeva Systems, together bring more than forty years of enterprise-level strategic technology experience to Apttus' board.
Sue Bostrom currently serves on the board of directors of ServiceNow, Nutanix, Varian Medical Systems and Cadence Design Systems. She held various leadership positions at Cisco over 14 years including EVP/CMO and Senior Vice President of the Internet Business Solutions Group that shared Internet best practices with global Fortune 500 companies and governments. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Illinois and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Tim Cabral brings nearly thirty years of technology finance experience and nearly twenty years of software finance and operations expertise. He currently serves as CFO of Veeva Systems a leading global provider of cloud-based software solutions for the life sciences industry. Prior to Veeva, Cabral served as CFO and Co-founder of Agistics, a cloud start-up focused on employee management services and in senior operational finance roles at PeopleSoft, an enterprise software company focused on HCM and Financials.

- Kirk Krappe: a veteran of enterprise software with over two decades of SaaS experience, Kirk Krappe is co-founder, chairman and served as CEO of Apttus since its founding in 2006. Previous to Apttus, Kirk held the roles of EVP of Worldwide Markets at I-many, CEO of Nextance, as well as SVP at Corio through its IPO and as VP at Oracle.
- Neehar Giri: an Apttus co-founder, internet and enterprise software visionary and veteran in the Contract Lifecycle Management and Enterprise Quoting business processes. He co-founded Nextance, a provider of enterprise software for large organizations in 1999, and previously served as Chief Solutions Architect at Clarify, a leading CRM company.
- George Kadifa: with over three decades of operating experience in the technology sector, Kadifa is Co-Founder and Managing Director of Sumeru Equity Partners. Prior to Sumeru, George held the roles of EVP at HP, reporting to the CEO and a member of the Executive Committee, Operating Partner at Silver Lake, and leadership positions at technology and management consulting companies such as IBM, Corio Corporation Oracle, Booz-Allen & Hamilton and Xerox.
- Neil Malik: in addition to managing the day-to-day operations of K1 as its CEO, Neil is an active board member for the West Coast based private equity firm's portfolio companies and advisor to its management teams. Previously, Malik worked for Kayne Anderson, Brentwood Associates, Olympus Partners, and J.P. Morgan Securities. He has served as a director of numerous companies and also serves on the Board of Directors of Junior Achievement of Southern California.
