Aptive Environmental Reaches Milestone: 500,000 Customers and Counting
MILESTONE COMES AFTER THREE YEARS OF STEADY AND STRATEGIC GROWTH
PROVO, Utah, Oct. 17, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Aptive Environmental, a front-runner in the pest control services industry, announced it has reached a major milestone of surpassing 500,000 customers.

Jeffery and Carlie Tanner of Carmel, Ind., were the pest control company's half-millionth customer. The young couple enjoys running, playing video and board games, and watching football from their alma mater, Purdue University. To celebrate, local and corporate Aptive leaders visited the Tanners and gave them a collection of board games, Aptive-branded outerwear, and a gift-certificate to a sports supply store.
Aptive, which provides progressive solutions to effectively serve customers while leaving a reduced impact on the environment, has enjoyed steady growth over its three years in business. Today Aptive services more than 2,000 cities across the United States, consistently adding new locations, customers and personnel with each subsequent year. Online sales have increased more than 462 percent over the last year, which Pearson credits to finding an online-advertising campaign that works for its customer base. Aptive has also been piloting a dedicated customer service department in its corporate office to directly address customer concerns, which has resulted in record retention for those locations included in the pilot. Aptive plans to expand this pilot nationally to further increase customer retention across all company locations in 2019.
