AppTech Corp Signs Distribution Agreement with Movile Brazil

BOCA RATON, Fla., June 12, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- AppTech Corp (US OTC: APCX) has signed an agreement with Movile Brazil (www.movile.com) for distribution of licensed UFC® content recently secured by AppTech. (see press release of 05/23/2012).

As a first step, licensed UFC® content will be distributed through Movile's relationship with America Movil's (www.americamovil.com) Claro network in Brazil to its nearly 60 million subscribers. This content includes the UFC fight library and event footage; individual fighter apps featuring highlights, statistics and live video interaction with top UFC superstars; live weigh-ins and previews of upcoming UFC events; news, rankings, and trivia games; and exclusive UFC themed wallpapers, ringtones and screensavers.
