THE WOODLANDS, Texas, Dec. 9, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- AppTech Corp (Pink Sheets: APCX) announced today it is partnering with Internet Software Technologies (IST) to market and distribute IST's WebTimesheets software as an SAAS (Software As A Service) based application enabling secure field to office communications.

The WebTimesheets  SAAS application provides accurate tracking of employees time and location, via front-end interface, allowing them to "clock-in" and "clock-out" of their company's time system, securely, from anywhere in the field, and is accessible from any mobile phone.

The time input capability moves to the mobile device and interfaces with the office based administrative functions of timesheet approvals, weekly reporting, importing and is compatible with legacy HR and Project Management systems.
