AppTech Completes Acquisition of Oronoco Telecom
THE WOODLANDS, Texas, Jan. 27, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- AppTech Corp (Pink Sheets: APCX) is pleased to announce that is has closed on the acquisition of Oronoco Telecom, LLC. Oronoco will be a separate, wholly owned subsidiary of AppTech Corp and will report on a consolidated basis with parent AppTech Corp. AppTech acquired Oronoco for 500 million restricted common shares of AppTech Corp. Commenting on the conclusion of the acquisition, Daniel Miroli stated, "I am happy to become part of AppTech Corp and I enthusiastically look forward to working with Eric towards what I predict will be a bountiful future for the combined companies." Eric Ottens, AppTech's CEO added: "Oronoco has existing agreements with two significant international communication companies and I am confident that these two customers together with Oronoco's other customers will form a solid platform for an expansion of the existing customer base.
