Applied-Cleveland Announces Acquisitions Of Encompass And Perennial

CLEVELAND, Okla. and HOUSTON, Feb. 20, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Applied-Cleveland Holdings, Inc. ("Applied-Cleveland"), a leading provider of inspection and integrity management services for energy infrastructure assets in North America, today announced that it has completed the acquisitions of Encompass Energy Services, LLC ("Encompass") and Perennial Environmental Services, LLC ("Perennial").  Applied-Cleveland is a portfolio company of First Reserve, a leading global private equity investment firm exclusively focused on energy.  

Encompass provides infrastructure surveying, drafting, GIS and right-of-way services, primarily for pipeline infrastructure operators across North America.  Perennial provides environmental consulting and inspection services, primarily for pipeline infrastructure operators across North America.
