Recently two of ACT's patents have been approved. The first patent is for ACT's Recyllose™, a reusable material that is cellulose pulled from wastewater that can be used as feedstock for plastics, insulation, pulp & paper, construction, bio-fuels production, nano-cellulose, as well as other industries.
The second patent pertains to ACT's game changing Sewage Recycling System (SRS) technology and process, which turns a wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) into a raw materials factory. This process generates revenue from recycling reusable materials from sewage.
"We are rapidly expanding on a global scale and with the addition of two new family of approved patents, we are focused to unite country initiatives with global well-being," says Dr. Refael Aharon, CEO & Founder of Applied CleanTech. "In this time of growth for ACT it is an honor and a key benefit to have someone with Yuval's expertise on our board."
Having led initiatives for manufacturing and services, utilities and governments in the US, Israel, Europe and the Far East, Rabin helps drive the global vision and approach that Applied CleanTech has already set in motion with its SRS technology.
