GLENVIEW, Ill., March 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Apple Rush Co., Inc. (Pink Sheets: APRU) is pleased to announce that the company is exhibiting and sponsoring the Family Farmed EXPO at the University of Illinois at Chicago. The Family Farmed Expo is a three day gathering designed to connect local family farms and artisan food producers with consumers and food businesses. The EXPO will give local producers and farmers a chance to network with buyers from supermarkets, distributors, restaurants, and institutions. Apple Rush Co., Inc. will be showcasing its all natural 100% organic juices, as well as sponsoring several events through the weekend of festivities. There are expected to be over 140 Exhibitors made up of family farmers, artisan producers, and related organizations and 3,000 to 5,000 attendees, in this the fifth year of the EXPO.

The Family Farmed EXPO runs Thursday through Saturday March 11, through March 13, 2010. Thursday features the world-class 'Financing Farm to Fork' conference, which connects local food producers with potential investors. Friday features the Midwest's leading local food trade show, Meet the Buyers reception, an innovative Food Policy Summit, and the Localicious Party. Saturday features cooking demos from celebrity chefs, educational seminars and an interactive Kids Corner.
