API Technologies Announces Strategic Distribution Agreement with TTI, Inc.
Expanded partnership broadens worldwide sales network and provides rapid delivery of RF and microwave products
ORLANDO, Fla., March 23, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- API Technologies Corp. (NASDAQ: ATNY) ("API" or the "Company"), a leading provider of high performance RF, microwave, millimeterwave solutions, announced a new distribution agreement with global electronic components distributor TTI, Inc. ("TTI"). Under the agreement, TTI will be an authorized distributor of API's full range of RF, microwave, and microelectronics products including power amplifiers, high performance filters, and an assortment of passive and active components. TTI already serves as an authorized distributor of the Company's Electromagnetic Integrated Solutions (EIS) product line.
The expanded partnership complements API's accelerated introduction of standard and configurable products into its RF and microwave product line. Leveraging TTI's diverse, worldwide sales channel enables API to expose an even broader international audience to its products. Customers also benefit from rapid delivery, which even extends to low quantity items. The latter enables engineers to incorporate API's solutions into their designs and prototypes easily and affordably, with accelerated delivery.
With this expanded distribution network, customers will receive the benefit of a well-trained TTI sales force to assist in product selection for applications spanning defense, industrial, and commercial aviation.
