Apartments.com Partners with RentAdvisor to Enhance High Quality Renter Review Options

CHICAGO, Dec. 6, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Before committing to a lease, the majority of renters consult consumer reviews during their apartment search to help make informed decisions. Apartments.com will further enhance the robust review offerings on its site on Dec. 10, 2013 by partnering with RentAdvisor to roll out a fully integrated review management solution as a benefit for mutual clients.

Apartments.com is also the first apartment ILS to completely integrate RentAdvisor features available to customers, which will greatly enhance online reputation management capabilities. Not only will customers be able to distribute RentAdvisor review content directly to their Apartments.com listings, they will also have access to a dashboard where they can monitor all of the review content that renters have posted to Apartments.com. Additionally, RentAdvisor will allow customers to post comments for new and existing reviews on Apartments.com, directly through the dashboard. Unlike some other websites with apartment community reviews, property managers, owners and leasing staff are not required to pay to respond to reviews.
